This Quality mid 20th Century Set of 6 Vintage Art Deco Chairs date from ca. 1940, They consist of two carver arm chairs and four dining chairs. Each antique chair has a padded, original / early upholstered shaped back and seat above splayed back legs and cabriole front legs with scrolled feet and floral carvings. The carvers have out-swept arms. The walnut is a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax furniture polish.
