I ordered a mirror in the sale and waited a few days for delivery, I then received an email to say it had been broken in transit and it was the last one of that style. I was offered a refund or a replacement with the value of up to £100 when I only paid £50 for the first mirror. When the mirror arrived it was absolutely gorgeous & I absolutely LOVE it- such good quality & value. The only complaint I have is that it needs more hooks on the back to give it more stability on the wall. Overall I’m very very pleased with my whole experience!
