This Spectacular late 19th Century Inlaid Bow Fronted Antique Satinwood Cabinet dates from the Victorian era, ca. 1880. It is very unusual being bow fronted and superb quality with the most striking inlays. The top has a sun burst inlay above two glazed cupboard doors and elegant swags and tails inlays around the edges. The interior has one fixed shelf with the original velvet linings and this fine antique cabinet stands on raised tapering feet. The Satinwood has aged to a warm golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
