This mid 19th century Victorian Mahogany Antique Chiffonier Sideboard is the amazing work of a true craftsman circa, 1860, with the most unusual concave front which is breath-taking. It has a moulded marble top above two cupboard doors with moulded edges, upholstered panels with brass grill work and the most striking vine leaf carved clash mould. The interior comprises of one curved adjustable shelf. The sides of this Victorian Chiffonier has the most spectacular carved corbels and this stunning antique cabinet sits on a concave plinth. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
