This late 19th century, Large Antique Oak Double Open Bookcase dates from the Victorian period circa 1890. It has a beautifully figured rectangular moulded top above six adjustable shelves so has lots of book storage. This quality antique bookcase stands on a moulded plinth and the Oak has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional Oak furniture wax.
