Elegant Edwardian Mahogany Antique Writing Table

This Elegant Edwardian Mahogany Antique Writing Table / Side Table dates from ca. 1900. It has a moulded top with beautiful satin wood cross-banding along with ebony and box wood string inlays. This sits above two drawers, each with decorative brass handles and again with beautiful inlays. This fine Edwardian antique table stands on four tapering legs with a curved X frames cross stretcher for added stability. It has beautiful charm, character and has aged to a warm rich Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
